2011 volunteer Marshal T-shirt
NOTE: The 5th annual Tour de Mississauga will take place on Sunday, September 16, 2012. We will try to get the T-shirts this time around + NEW JERSEYS! See you then!
Sept. 15, 2011 UPDATE: Due to a number of difficulties with the suppliers for the ‘tech’ T-shirts which were planned for this year, we very much regret that there will be no T-shirts for 2011 Tour participants after all. Only the volunteer Marshals will be wearing the green Tour T-shirt (shown at right), in a basic cotton fabric which was procured locally. Note that the Tour jerseys WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE for sale on both the CHECK-IN and TOUR DAYS.
REFUNDS: Note that all registrants who pre-ordered their Tour T-shirts online will receive a full refund of the $12.00 payment per shirt. All purchasers will be contacted asap.
** SOLD OUT ** JERSEYS: From Louis Garneau. MCAC volunteer citizen members are drooling over them, but we have to pay like everyone else ($65 all-in). These are the pro-fit style, but we have ordered the jersey in bigger sizes that we think will fit everyone. We’re getting e-mails about size availability, and here’s what we ordered…. 77 jerseys: 1-XS; 3-S; 21-M; 23-L; 22-XL; 6-XXL; 1-XXXL (Pro Reflective, no elastics, full zipper, Diamond fabric). We’ll have them FOR SALE on Saturday, September 17 @ 10 am – 2 pm (CHECK-IN DAY at the Glass Pavilion attached to the Central Library) and on Sunday, September 18 (TOUR DAY at Celebration Square).
