A: The bike rentals will include a map, a helmet, and a bicycle. Locks are provided also but you have to ensure for one during the purchase of tickets or upon arriving at the shop. The rental shop opens at 9 AM and closes at 5:45 PM from April to September. From October to March, the shop hours will vary. If you are concerned in unable to pick up the rental gears during the shop’s opening hours, the delivery service is available.

A: For the scheduled tours, a 72-hour notice is required in a case for a refund and a 24-hour notice in the case for a reschedule, not including the circumstances on unsafe weather. The booking policies will vary for group and private tours, so it will be better to contact us for further details.

A: Yes. We offer bikes and bike gears where kids can use and enjoy, guaranteed that they are at least above 1 year old. To enjoy touring with your family members or have it customized based on preference, we recommend you to book a private tour instead. Rates will vary according to the tour selected and the size of the group.

A: The staff is equipped with the tools and the ability to fix a flat tire or repair a minor mechanical issue. If you are unable to continue the ride due to that, transportation will be arranged for you and the bike going towards the starting location.

A: In cases of light rain or any tolerable weather conditions, we provide bikes that have mudguards and supply you ponchos as well. If the weather conditions are projected to become severe or unsafe, the ride will be canceled at least an hour before the start of the event. The canceled event will then be rescheduled to a better time with improving weather conditions or grant you a full refund if the circumstances remained unfavorable for a longer time.

A: The things that you will be needed the most are extra clothes suitable for the ride, sunscreen, and your camera or a smartphone will suffice. To be more prepared for any weather conditions, here are the things you need to be aware of:

  • May-August: The weather is expected to be hot, at an average of 18 – 27 degrees Celsius. It is advisable to dress warm clothing like light cotton clothes and even outdoor sandals but prepare a light hood if light rain is forecasted.
  • September – Mid October: The weather is expected to be moderately cool, at an average of 14 – 21 degrees Celsius. It is advisable to bring a jacket or an additional layer of clothing to keep you warm. You can stylize with fall colors.
  • Mid October – Late March: The weather is expected to be colder, at an average of -2 – 11 degrees Celsius. It is highly suggested to dress in layers to keep the body warm, especially on areas of the head, hands, and feet. If the layer of clothing becomes unnecessary for a certain run, your guide can carry it for you.
  • April: The conditions are much the same with the periods September – Mid October and of course, substitute the fall colors with spring colors.

A: No need at all, as long as you are comfortable on a bike and is medically and physically in shape. Riding a bicycle is one of those skills hard to unlearn even as time passes by. The standard tours are normally-paced that grants you room for sight-seeing, friendly conversation, eating snacks and bathroom breaks.
