In February people spotted ground hogs in fun to speculate on how long winter is really going to wait before giving way to warm weather. The much more reliable method is to keep count of the number of cyclists poking their heads out of the garages and (fearlessly) gliding onto the Mississauga passageways. We’re starting to see, little by little, more cyclists out on the Mississauga roads this month.
