World-renowned cycling advocate and urban strategist Gil Penalosa, Executive Director of Walk & Bike for Life, has written an opinion column in the Mississauga News regarding the creation of liveable cities through sustainable transportation and great public spaces.  Note that this will also be the subject of his free upcoming City Centre workshop on March 25, 2009.
